You will leave Vega Teron
for Salamanca where you will

Classed as a world heritage
site by UNESCO, this town of
dazzling beauty houses some
extraordinary Roman, Arab
and Christian architectural
treasures.
You will see the old and the
new cathedral, the Plaza
Mayor, the Las Conchas house
(facade covered in scallop
shells, the symbol of the
pilgrim to Santiago de
Compostela), the facade of
the university in golden
stone from the quarries at
Villa Mayor. Tour inside the
Cathedral and the University
(depending on availability).

Ferradosa for San Salvator
do Mundo and Sao Joao da
Pesqueira, two small towns
set among the vineyards in
the Rio Torto valley. These

terraces. In Sao Joao da
Pesqueira, you will have the

arcaded main square, the
chapel and the white houses
with their balconies.
