However, the boat we were meant to get on was full so we had to wait half an hour for the next boat, which meant we missed the coach back. There was no provision for this happening and we had to get a taxi and find our own way to the restaurant. Make sure one of your party tells the representative if you dont get on the boat you should! We all enjoyed all the elements of the tour tremendously, everything was so well organised and stress free, the bus took us to the cruise which was much easier than last year when we had to walk from the Metro to go on a cruise. It was great seeing Paris from the river and then on the very comfortable bus, also seeing the city from the boat in daylight and then from the bus as the lights came on, perfect! The dinner was delicious and very good value with great service, my only negative is that ,whilst I had expected dinner to be late (other reviews said 10pm), we didn't arrive until 11pm and I was very tired and would have been happy to just go home! It would be good if the timings could be brought forward, or the bus tour shortened so that dinner could be enjoyed at an earlier time by tired tourists. Overall, would highly recommend as an easy way to see Paris and then you can decide where you would like to visit on foot during your stay.
