- The Segway is not appropriate for those weighing under 100 pounds (45 kilos) or over 250 pounds (113 kilos).
- Segway tours do not include entry into individual sites. There is not enough time on the tour to do so.
- The Segway is appropriate for virtually anyone 12 years and older. Riders must have the ability to make motions such as climbing and descending stairs without assistance.

Their office is located right next to the leaning tower, so if you show up early you can get some great shots with very few tourists obstructing your view.
