Alcantara Valley (Etna) & QUAD experience from Messina

At 8:30AM You are greeted at Messina port and drive to Etna Park 
a beautiful Volcano rich in sounds, perfumes, and colors. 
An enchanting landscape protected by a nature park you cannot miss the 
opportunity to visit if you are in Sicily. The Park extends from the peak of 
the volcano to the towns around it. 
We soon arrive in Etna district and start the Quad Experience: 
We will discover endless scenery and places in the Valley of the Alcantara, 
the historical towns of Castiglione di Sicilia, where we can see the little 
traditional Byzantine church, the extraordinary Gole dell'Alcantara, 
basaltic columnar gorge shaped by the Alcantara's river flows. 
Light lunch at farmhouse to taste Etna dishes. Later we will cross an 
old railroad, typical for its ancient galleries that from Castiglione di Sicilia 
brings us to the historical town of Linguaglossa, typical for the geographical 
position at a few steps from both the sea and the top of the active volcano. 
End of the Quad experience. During the  afternoon, back to Messina port.
