At the top of Montmartre, visit the Sacred Heart
Basilica and the artist's Square and in the Louvre Museum admire some of its
renowned masterpieces.

A village is to be found on top of the hill of Montmartre
crowned by the white Sacred Heart Basilica so familiar to Parisians. Towards the
end of the 19th century, numerous artists (Van Gogh, Renoir, Picasso...) settled
here with their families to enjoy the simple and peaceful country life. The
Louvre Museum is one of the richest in the world. It is impossible to visit it
all in a short time, but a guided visit will show you the highlights.
The excursion includes: Ride up to Montmartre by coach and
funicular, guided walking tour of the village and Place du Tertre, visit on your
own of the Sacred Heart basilica. At the Louvre, more than one hour guided
visit, amongst the many works of art you will see the Venus of Milo, the Winged
Victory and Da Vinci's Mona Lisa.
Wednesdays and Fridays: It is possible to stay on
at the Louvre for the late night opening.
Wednesdays and Saturdays: the visit
to the Louvre will operate before the drive to Montmartre.
Monday: (and also December 24th and 31st) the Louvre will be visited
first before going up to Montmartre.
