Enjoy an excellent meal with high quality wines, accompanied by the sound of violinists and a singer interpreting French and International greatest songs, while the most stunning monuments of Paris, particularly enhanced by special lights installed for the celebration of the new millennium, unfold before your eyes.

The menu combines tradition and fantasy. The dishes are prepared on board by the Chef Yves Gras and his team. Chef Gras is a member of the Académie Culinaire de France.
